Greg and Sheri Hickman are the proud owners of Visit Florida Vacations, the newest extension of their highly successful company, Visit Bayview Vacations. Founded in 2017 in Bayview, Idaho, their business began with their own family lake house and quickly grew into a premier property management company, now overseeing more than 20 homes in Bayview and Hope, Idaho. Their dedication to excellence, long-standing reputation, and hands-on service continue to make them a trusted choice for both property owners and guests alike.

Building on this tremendous success, Greg and Sheri expanded to Florida in 2023, bringing their proven expertise to the Gulf Coast. As homeowners in Heritage Landing, Punta Gorda, they are already building a portfolio of sought-after rentals, with many more to come. Their goal is to help property owners maximize returns while offering vacationers a five-star Florida experience.
